If your password is lost or stolen you can only restore it using your e-mail address, at which your account was registered. We advise you not to use free mail boxes if possible, as they are not too reliable.

Never tell anyone your password, even if the person asking claims that he/she is the administrator or the Gamemaster of the server. Remember, the server’s administration never needs you passwords.
